The Four Part Plan
Feel better, naturally.
Find out how to calm the drivers of inflammation in your body
Are you looking for ways to help your autoimmune condition through natural diet and lifestyle changes?
This course is for you if you are struggling with:
persistent fatigue, pain, brain fog, or bloating
chronic inflammation and flare-ups
a confusing list of ‘trigger’ foods
frustration with conflicting advice online
feeling dismissed or unsupported when exploring options outside of medication and surgery.
The Four Part Plan is an online course that teaches you how to use food and lifestyle strategies to calm inflammation, reduce flares and ease symptoms such as pain, fatigue, poor digestion and hormonal health.
It covers in detail the four largest drivers of inflammation that are the biggest barriers to healing.
It shows you how to make the right changes for you - and how to do this gently and effectively.
This course is for you if:

I’m Kate (MA (Oxon), mBANT, mCNHC) and I’m a registered autoimmune nutritionist.
My own autoimmune diagnosis in my early twenties completely changed how I saw health. I realised there were huge gaps in the care I was receiving.
I was overwhelmed by conflicting advice and ‘quick fixes’ that often made things worse over the longer term — until I discovered the difference that nutrition and lifestyle medicine could make.
With the right support, I was able to understand what my body needed and to start to rebuild my health naturally.
That experience inspired me to retrain as a registered nutritionist specialising in autoimmune conditions, after completing undergraduate and masters degrees at Oxford University and graduating with distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
I have been off all medication for over 15 years.
Now I help my autoimmune clients to mange their autoimmune conditions more effectively so that they can get back to living happy lives, feeling confident in their health.
“I highly recommend Kate Potter. I did some comprehensive research whilst looking for an auto-immune nutritionist. I chose Kate as she was the only one who offered a course but importantly, for me, also offers support to those who are plant based, unlike the AIP diet which I found very restrictive.
Doing a course is also a really affordable way to start supporting yourself. I really needed the agency of the course, to go at my own pace and when I had the time. It's a brilliant course divided into modules with tons of videos and Kate also offers a free online resource library, which is a brilliant tool and it's very useful to be able to go back and clarify things.
Kate also offers monthly drop-in sessions and podcasts for free. You can ask questions and it's also good to hear other people's questions in a very friendly and supportive environment. The monthly podcasts are really helpful as they help to consolidate your learning.
The regularity of support and contact has a drip-drip effect and the diet doesn't feel as hard as you thought it would. Having an auto-immune disease is tough but Kate's very friendly and supportive approach has enabled me to start and importantly stick to this new diet.
I am already experiencing results, which is fantastic, and if I have a wobble I know Kate is at the end of an email. Plus, I have the podcasts and drop-ins to look forward to.
I would recommend Kate without any hesitation. You'll feel very much supported and it really feels as though you're part of a community who are all trying to help their bodies and their auto-immune diseases. Go for it and you'll feel better in so many ways!”

This course is for anyone looking to take charge of their autoimmune health journey.
The fundamental steps of autoimmune nutrition are relevant to everyone, yet this information is not provided by doctors as part of their standard care.
So I have created a program that sets out the most effective nutrition tools, and how to implement them in a way that works for you.
The program allows you to move at your own pace, without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
Everything in the program is evidence-based and I explain clearly the science and research behind each step.

No, definitely not. There is no rigid protocol. These tend not to work for people, because they are unmaintainable beyond the short term and do not take account of your individual symptoms, needs, preferences, etc. In some cases they are detrimental to gut microbial health over the longer term too.
The plan is specifically structured to broaden your diet overall, to make life feel easier, and to give you back a sense of control and agency.

Yes, the Autoimmune Package combines the course and a discounted one-to-one session. It also includes discounts on follow-up sessions and savings on any testing.
